The Job

  • Handle level 1 of inbound call and email enquiries from customers
  • Monitoring and support of Linux & Windows system on AWS cloud to customers
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved and follow up are done in timely manner
  • Rotating daily and nightly shifts
  • And any other system related ad-hoc activities and assignment may be required by the company from time to time.


Working schedule : 5 working days/ week + 2 days off/week from Monday to Sunday (Candidate will be assigned any shift upon 2 weeks in advance notification). Working under Shift time :

·         Shift 1 : 11pm – 8am (next day) – staff can work from home or

·         Shift 2: 7am – 4pm – staff need to work at office or

·         Shift 3 : 3pm – 0am – staff can work from home

Between each shift duty, there will be 1 hour for two shift duties’ staff to handover each other.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum High school with relevant experience / Certificate in Technical School / Diploma in IT
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Possess the strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to customer service
  • Must be able to perform shift duty
  • Experience with Linux / Windows Administration / Cloud (Amazon Web Services) will be an advantage
