Job description

• Client Engagement: Participate in client interviews and meetings, communicating effectively in English to understand project requirements and present solutions.
• Solution Presentation: Presentations of company solutions to clients in English, articulating technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Ability to analyze functional needs and drive the design for positive business outcomes; recommends solutions that are aligned with business / IT strategies and complies with corporate architectural standards.
• Full stack Development: Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of various projects, with a focus on strong Java development skills.
• Technical Versatility: Adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks, working on diverse projects and learning new technical stacks as required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Vice-President to identify client needs, propose solutions, and assist in the technical discussions necessary to secure new projects.
• Project Support: Act as a technical resource in different types of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. 

Your skills and experience

• Year of Experience: 4+ YOE 
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Have experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Have experience in Java, Spring boot, Spring MVC.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven knowledge or experience in skill set: market research, user focused, data analytics, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to different project types quickly.
• Experience in engaging directly with clients, with a focus on securing new business.
• Good problem-solving skill.
• Be able to work under deadline pressure.
• Proactive in work.
