Technical Solution (50%)

  • Be an integral part of the application development team, with special emphasis on implementing the business logic and data access layer of application code (TSQL, C#, ASP.NET, etc.)
  • Review code, standardization code and business requirements for developer team
  • Perform a technical analysis of requirements, technical solution and technical outputs of your team
  • Document technical designs, processes, and create requirement analysis documents
  • Write releasing notes for application

Project execution (40%)

  • Perform as a Project Manager role that is representative of VietNam ‘s resource account (Dev & QA)
  • Supply sprint capacity, and ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks
  • Organize retrospective sprint meeting to review Team’s contribution and improvement
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Manage personnel assignments, allocate assigned team members to projects, leverage their skills and experience to ensure source code quality and on-time delivery

Leadership (10%)

  • Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members
  • Be in charge of employee’s performance review and company’s Objectives
  • Be responsible for problem solving and team’s development

Your skills and experience

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • 5+ Years of experience as a Technical Project Manager handling HIGHLY TECHNICAL requirements from inception to delivery
  • Experience Microservices, leading projects involving publishing or releasing applications with Docker Containers, AWS, and other modern web technologies and software solutions
  • English skills are equivalent to TOEIC 700. Be able to communicate well in English (both verbal and non-verbal)
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft .NET Methodologies: TSQL, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, C#, SOAP and REST Web Services
  • Nice to have PMP and Scrum Master experience and certificates 
  • Demonstrated experience with the entire Project Management Lifecycle (engagement of stakeholders, multiple team environment, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiator, diplomatic Proven track record of detailed user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, etc: Confluence, Atlassian, JIRA
