Job description
Minimum 8 years of industrial exposure along with 4+ years experience in managing technical teams (mentoring, offering feedback, mitigating risks and escalating to the leadership about needed matters)
Your skills and experience
Desirable Experience or Knowledge in the following areas:
- Development Language Expertise - ReactJS / NodeJS
- Database Technologies – MongoDB, Redis, MySQL
- Cloud Platform – AWS
- Source Code Repository Management – GIT
Application Programming Concepts – Extensive knowledge about below are required:
- Object Oriented Programming
- Microservices
- Restful APIs
- Serverless Architecture
- Test Driven Development
- Design Patterns
Application Development Approach – Agile Scrum
Should have a very good understanding about Agile ceromancies and should be able to guide the team and conduct scrum ceromancies
Should be strong and fluent in English, both verbal and written
Educational Qualifications
- The individual should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (anything that is not aligning with Software Technology is not applicable)
