Job description
1. Product Management (cards, smartcard chips, perso equipment and related issuance solutions)
• Manage new and ongoing projects, including Proof of Concept projects.
• Technical liaison between financial card schemes (e.g. VISA) and related solutions providers
• Working closely with technology teams and customers to ensure that project timelines are on track.
• Identify, design, develop, deploy, co-ordinate and support solutions to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and conduct training.
• Assist with technical documentation
2. Technical Support
• Support sales teams on tenders/RFP (responsible for solutions sourcing and responding to technical sections of tenders/RFP) and working directly with the customer
• Prepare samples, prepare and perform solutions demo
• Resolution of technical issues
• Provide professional service when required
3. Team Management (this is a future responsibility)
• As business develops, build and manage technical support team(s) and plans
4. Others
• Regular reporting
• Submitting action plans as needed
Your skills and experience
- University degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years related experience.
- Knowledge of payment systems preferable.
- Familiar with SQL, NoSQL (such as MongoDB), Java, C/C++, HTML5, and technical aspects of EMV cards.
- Additional plus: XFS, WOSA, cyber security experience, other language skills
- Good team and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and responsibly.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
- Willing to travel
- Support Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia.
