Job description
YOUR MISSION:
- Deliver, monitor, and control key areas of the project management methodology, making sure that the project is compliant with quality management standards.
- Support Delivery Managers, Project Managers in project execution, internal contracts (iSOW) creation between Capgemini entities, following up Onsite project’s billing reporting.
- Coordinate with Admin team to create new project/resource allocations in the project management/billing tool.
- Support Delivery Managers and billing team regarding information/data for invoicing (timesheets, Leave management, etc.)
- Manage employee’s resumes and certificates, skillset snapshots to maintain up-to-date versions.
- Take charge of preparation of reports, documents, and business presentations.
Your skills and experience
YOUR PROFILE - We expect from you
- B.S. in Computer Science, related fields or commensurate work experience.
- 4+ years of overall experience.
- Good communication in English is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across multi-cultural teams.
- Experience working in IT industry is a big plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Capability to work on multiple tasks at one time while maintaining high quality standards.
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Proactivity, creativity and accuracy.
- Strong hand-on experience on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
