The Job

Be responsible for full Software Project Life Cycle for Automotive Passive Safety System (Airbag, Seat-belt...)

  • Setup SW Project Structure according to SW project targets 
  • Manage SW Requirement from analysis to acceptance 
  • Plan and ensure delivery of SW work packages 
  • Control the SW Cost according to the SW Project Budget 
  • Ensure SW Quality and compliance with SW Development Process 
  • Inform SW project status and escalate for SW Project barriers 
  • Ensure achievement of the SW project targets
  • Analysis of Requirement based verification tracking results (SW)

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor/master degree in Electrical, Electronics or in Automotive Engineering 
  • Good knowledge in electronics, software, Hardware & Mechatronics, automotive background is preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience in electronic control unit (ECU) related product development 
  • 3+ years of experience project management is preferred 
  • Basic knowledge in safety concept according to ISO26262 
  • Good tool usage: MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint 
  • Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong team work spirit 
  • Good communication skills and English both in oral and written
