- Main point of contact between Pacific Cross Vietnam and Pacific Cross Group IT stakeholders oversea
- Learn company’s current insurance administration practices in order to help maintain and enhance existing systems(Core insurance administration system, CRM, DMS, Payment system,...) and develop new systems
- Work with all departments in the company to gather and write business requirements
- Participate in product prototyping, mock-up, and GUI design.
- Participate in User Acceptance Test when needed to ensure the business requirements are met
- Create user guides, help content, etc.
- Willing to learn new IT technologies, trends and best practices and share knowledge with colleagues
Your skills and experience
Skills required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science/IT is preferred
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: business analysis /system analysis/ business application development
- Must have strong communication skills, proven English writing and speaking abilities (must be able to write clearly and accurately).
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Experience in complex software systems is a plus
- Experience in making reports using SQL or other IT techniques is a plus but not mandatory
