Job description

Our client is one of the famous and long-standing technology companies in France in the field of software development, e-commerce and Kiosk communication equipment. With innovative and differentiated products and services and applying the most advanced technologies in the field of mobile and web software development, the client has affirmed its firm position in the French and European markets. To support our steady growth and our client’s development in the region, we are in need of one SITE MANAGER. 

You will be working in a professional environment with the opportunity to train and improve soft skills for career develop. Company size is from 1-50 people, working environment is young, modern, friendly and open. The office is located in the center of convenient traffic with many utilities. In addition, all members are equipped with MAC BOOK PRO 15 ', wide screen 24-32' full HD as an official employee.

As Site Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a proper operation and development quality for the Vietnam site. You should oversee all operational tasks related to the site, such as meeting room configuration, team movement, inventory management and request follow-up. You are fully involved on the operational tasks of its team, dedicating most of its time to operational topics. 

You will also: 

  • Manage the Local development team, creating a collaborative and productive working environment, reporting hierarchically to both the B-Fast System Manager and the Regional Manager
  • Own the site’s decision process and provide support to the site’s strategic objectives in alignment with the global strategy and the other sites of B-Fast System
  • Gather feedback from representatives of all projects & site management to make sure support is in line with expectations
  • Oversee the customer request distribution and timely resolution within the Local development team of the site
  • Provide quality reporting on operational tasks and status of support, budget and inventory
  • Ensure Software and Hardware standards and inventory are updated and accurate
  • Validate that all project developed by the team and site decisions follow Security Best Practices
  • Be the technical and managerial escalation level for the site’s employees
  • Represent and advocate the site’s interests within the global IT organization
  • Elaborate and follow the site’s budget with local teams and B-Fast System

Should be able to perform all the tasks of an operation manager: 

  • Support to development team
  • Manage local infrastructure
  • Actively identify potential improvements
  • Support local event

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing, leading and managing software development teams
  • Exceptional communication skills in French (spoken and written)
  • Communication skills in English is a plus (spoken and written)
  • Possess a scientific, pragmatic and yet flexible approach
  • Ability to work well in teams, to cooperate and communicate with individuals and stakeholders from various backgrounds and hierarchical levels
  • Good management and organizational skills
  • Easily able to adapt to changing conditions in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive
  • Very strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Knowledge of mobile development domain is a plus
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO or PSPO certification is an asset Additional criteria: we are looking for great motivation and long-term commitment for this key position.
