Job description
- Provide hands-on test support when necessary to verify front-end and back-end changes, user workflows, database, API, security, performance, mobile device, browsers.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Effectively collaborate and communicate and build rapport with team members, project stakeholders, business partners and vendors.
- Ensures Quality SLAs met.
- Seeks to continuously improve test processes.
- Implement critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with all teams.
Your skills and experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and Experience more in Test Manual or both (Manual and Automation)
- Experience with test web services, API using tools.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Solid understanding of Quality Assurance life cycle, methodologies and best practices
- Possess the ability to do high level impact analysis and test approaches for production and maintenance level software changes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
