Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams across Vietnam, Singapore, and the U.S. to gather requirements and translate them into technical documentation and actionable user stories for implementation.
  • Provide reports and insights to executives and managers.
  • Lead business improvement and transformation projects.
  • Proactively identify business needs and standardize processes in response to changes.
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting skills (advanced expertise is not required, as a dedicated data reporting team is available).
  • Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical teams by clearly articulating business needs.
  • Produce, maintain, and ensure transparency of relevant documentation.
  • Communicate iteration priorities, feature sets, roadmaps, and customer feedback to stakeholders and executives.
  • Apply business analysis methodologies to ensure alignment and maximize value for customers.
  • Engage with clients to discuss project status, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood by the development team.
  • Assess existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and enhance business productivity.
  • Support testing scenarios, test data, and defect verification throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent the project team in workshops, presentations, and meetings, ensuring decisions are communicated effectively to the engineering team.
  • Follow management direction to support the company’s overall business objectives.

Your skills and experience

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a highly technical analysis role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in business modeling tools, creating technical flows, diagrams, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience working with Product Owners, Architects, and CTOs to influence and collaborate on solutions.
  • Knowledge of technical concepts, including user interfaces, APIs, database systems, and system integration.
  • Project management and business transformation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to speak up and provide business insights and consulting recommendations when needed.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, particularly Scrum framework.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centric design.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies (preferably AWS).
  • Experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (BA), Product Ownership (PO), UX, or related areas (e.g., PSPO, CSPO, CBAP).
