You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing, proactively collaborating with relevants partners to conduct team project planning and implementing. That’s year one. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work closely with stakeholders and users to acquire insights of the business regarding to objectives, risks with complete understanding of their expectation and demands  
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for prospective improvements, and consult the most possible solutions  
  • Consolidate, analyze, elaborate, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Then ensure the team understand the product requirements and the product is delivered at high quality  
  • Compose and maintain requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.  
  • Write user manuals, conducting user training sessions and tracking feedbacks  
  • Clarify, update, prioritize and manage the product backlog  
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies by continuously being up-to-date on the latest methodologies and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems  
  • Supporting Project Manager and Product Owner through Scrum activities and business related activities or playing the role of Product Owner when required 

Your skills and experience

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System, or relevant majors  
  • Good understanding of client’s business requirements.  
  • Experience in construction area is an advantage 
  • Experienced in Discovery methodologies with a high-level focus on Elicitation and requirement gathering & documentation 
  • Excellent at English communication in both written and verbal skills  
  • Hands-on at least 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst and supporting Product Owners 
  • Modeling and Design business process 
  • Can read and design in UML language, familiar with at least one among Use-cases diagram, Activity Diagram, State Diagram, and Sequence Diagram 
  • Have knowledge of UI/UX 
  • Acquire good interaction and presentation skills with Stakeholders, Developers, Testers, Team Leaders and Project Manager.
