The Job

We are looking for a senior iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. You mainly works on our Singaporean tech startup – Reprice. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic developer eager to learn and grow his/her skills in the field.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and build applications for the iOS platform
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Strong system and application troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
  • Extensive object-oriented software development and domain design.

Your Skills and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in building iOS applications in Objective-C/Swift.
  • Experience with iOS frameworks as well as consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming, multi-threaded programming, unit tests, session management, object-relational mapping, object-caching, and agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of planning to develop and operate application by yourself.
  • High ability of catching-up about libraries and frame-work.
  • A portfolio of iOS apps in the App store is a plus
