Job description
ABOUT US:
- Dept. of CRM Analytics supports Company’s Cros-sell (XSell) strategies with optimal Xsell strategies & processes, using data-based decision-making approach.
- Within the Department, CRM Campaign Team is responsible for proposing, implementing, and evaluating Xsell campaign strategies in order to drive Xsell sales, and ultimately profits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in full life-cycle development and maintenance of decision campaign solutions
- Manage versioning of business requirements & analysis from business owners
- Manage versioning of technical documents from SAS Competency Center and IT
- Manage versioning of internal test scenarios, test cases, business pilots, training and quality assurance checklist documents
- Conduct coordination with relevant teams for meeting, meeting minutes, SLA, contracts … to ensure project progress smoothly
- Visualize campaign creation steps & system integration architecture into proper documents
- Other relevant tasks assigned by line manager
Your skills and experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- University Degree in IT, Management Information System, Business Information System or relevant major
- Preferably experience in Business System Analysis, Data Analysis, Application Support, Application Testing
- Fluent English communication
- Good business analysis knowledge regarding to SDLC, system development & maintenance
- Experience with incident troubleshooting and resolution
- Preferably capable of web service definition, java and xml programming
- Ability to interpret / analyse data via SQL tools
