Job description
- Responsible for organizing daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings;
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;
- Working with Product owners to develop and prioritize the development roadmap;
- Adapting project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required to respond to emerging requirements and risks.
Your skills and experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the software development industry.
- The ability to communicate in English.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, processes, and practices
- Expertise in Atlassian based Project Management tools-JIRA
- The ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and time management skills
