Job description
Facilitate Scrum Events:
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all Scrum ceremonies are productive and within time constraints.
Guide Agile Practices:
- Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and transparency.
Remove Impediments:
- Identify and address blockers that hinder the team’s progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Team Support & Development:
- Encourage team ownership, accountability, and empowerment.
- Foster an environment of trust and continuous learning.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders.
- Ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed and priorities are aligned.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report team progress using tools such as burn-down charts, velocity charts, and dashboards.
- Analyze and communicate insights to improve team performance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Facilitate process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help teams implement changes to enhance productivity and product quality.
Your skills and experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
- 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams.

Certifications (preferred):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certifications.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software development or product management.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
