The Job

  • Directly manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Develop Agile based on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for new software development organization, creating necessary standards, tools and best practices in a clearly document form.
  • Manage the activities and people associated with the project as well as the success of that project.
  • Participate in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on methodology that has been developed, to create a cohesive plan with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manages the agreed project plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
  • Adapt project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout pilot projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks.
  • Assist with development and oversight of programming and testing for projects.
  • Ensure projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements and refinements to standards and processes.
  • Work directly with Software System Architect, Business Analyst, QA team to manage the technical aspects of a development project.
  • Make sure that project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in management position.
  • Multiple years experience working with an Agile methodology.
  • Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
  • Thorough understanding of software development methodologies, values, and procedures includes:  Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup.
  • Results Driven (Prioritizing, Taking Initiative, Taking Ownership) Team Leadership (Coaching Others, Dealing with Stress, Demonstrating Teamwork, Influencing Others, Interacting with Others, Maintaining Composure, Motivating Others, Providing Direction and Leadership).
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
  • Expertise in programming language, .NET, iOS development.
  • Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential.
  • Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
  • Must be collaborative in driving decisions.
  • Strong analytical skill, very well-organized, problem-solving.
  • Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to hold team members accountable, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task.
  • Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
