Job description

About the role:

The RPA Consultant is responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and developing automation workflows using Blue Prism, and ensuring successful deployment of RPA solutions. This role also provides clients with technical and functional support. The ideal candidate should have pragmatic experience working in the Banking/Finance domain.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and document RPA workflows using Blue Prism.
• Create and review BRD and SDD for automation projects.
• Deliver and support RPA solutions during onsite and remote client engagements.
• Provide L1–L3 support, resolve incidents, and implement changes as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing and ensure adherence to RPA best practices.
• Monitor automation performance and drive continuous improvements.

Your skills and experience

• Degree in in Computer Science or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on RPA experience, including 2-3 years in Blue Prism.
• Advanced skills in understanding, analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.
• Exceptional ability to understand, analyse complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/ Rest API, etc., as well as of RDBMS and open-source DB.
• Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
• Proven experience on developing automation solutions using Blue Prism.
• Hands-on experience with software development lifecycles (Waterfall/Agile)..
• Knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
