Job description
The Report Developer is mainly responsible for developing and enhancing SSRS Reports and Reporting Infrasctructure in a desktop-based program (C#).Responsibilities
- Create and modify reports (SSRS)
- Works continually on improving performance of queries and reports
- Maintain up to date understanding of SQL and SSRS technology
- Develop and maintain other programs in C# on demand.
Your skills and experience
Education & Certification Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years Practical working experience as a developer.
- 1+ year Practical working experience in report development (Crystal Report, Active Report, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service)
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Report and .NET programming
- Practical working experience in Report (CrystalReport, ActiveReport, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service) development.
- Strong SQL skills: query, joins, view, stored procedures.
- Report development experience includes sub reports, writing complex formulas, and conditional formatting.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) is a plus.
- Practical experience in .NET (C#) development.
- Practical experience in WPF development is a plus.
- Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong logical organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze requirement documents, both verbal and written.
- Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
