Job description

The Quality Assurance Team Lead is responsible for leadership over a team of quality assurance testers, test planning and execution. The lead will be a subject matter expert in quality assurance best practices and will be experienced leading test automation teams. The ideal candidate will be able to build frameworks with Selenium. This is a role for a Quality Assurance professional that is Technical and wishes to remain Hands-On. Knowledge of standard development processes in an agile-scrum like environment  (including CI/CD workflows) is critical. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance of the QA team delivery
• You will establish or review high-level test strategies, test plans and test cases
• Get your hands dirty with manual and automation tasks yourself
• Act as a test lead for key project/initiatives 
• Lead the creation of test plans and detailed test scenarios as required
• Report out on quality assurance progress across teams.

Your skills and experience

Requirements:

• Excellent English skills are crucial for this role.
• Experience managing resources through the full SDLC
• Dedicated and detail oriented
• Ability to Quickly Learn and adapt to an ever changing environment
• Experience with web automation tools like Selenium
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC and Test Methodology
• Previous experience leading QA teams
• Good ability to manage time and priority;

• Previous experience with traditional applications and operating systems
• Experience testing solutions that include both Software and Hardware
• Previous Work in a multinational company
• Previous work in Software Development
