Job description
General Purpose
To determine whether the policies, procedures and processes which form the foundation of the Quality Management System are effectively implemented and maintained.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Create QA plan.
- Audit the process compliance of various projects or a group of projects in accordance with management system.
- Consult and guide project teams or a group of projects in defining/developing processes, procedure, guideline, templates, and checklist.
- Provide training and guidance to project members in process implementation.
- Report the nonconformity, issues or detected defects in process compliance audit/product review, follow and track correction plan till closure.
- Audit the products/services developed or delivered to ensure their fit-for-purpose and satisfaction of organization requirements in accordance with management system.
- Establish measurement & analysis system to measure performance of projects including "Specify measurement & analysis objectives".
- Drives & monitors quality, implementing a process of continuous improvement within the supply chain through KPI measurement, evaluation and review
- Implements a process of training / Continuous Improvement within QA dept.
- Work without supervision across various projects.
Your skills and experience
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or Quality Management or Process Management major.
- Have a good Quality mindset.
- Have at least 3 year-experience in Process Quality Assurance.
- Fluently English writing and speaking; be competent in reading guidelines and making reports in English.
- Very careful and Detail-oriented.
- Problem-solving skill and Communication skill, team work, be able to communicate coherently and persuasively.
- Flexible and Patience, be able to work in different contexts
- High Sense of responsibility, can work under pressure.
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA: SDLC Process, Agile Scrum.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching other QA engineers.
