Job description
OBJECTIVES
Digital Product Quality Assurance Expert’s major responsibility is to develop and implement quality assurance policies, conduct tests, do analysis and present solutions to ensure quality of products, processes and customer experience in D2C channel. Digital Product Quality Assurance Expert contributes to completion and improvement of systems to ensure throughout operations of D2C channel and escalation of issues and potential road blocks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies & procedures and perform inspections & quality tests of functionalities, products, processes, designs and user experience
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and cooperate with product and customer/user experience design, IT team to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans & test scenarios and conduct cases of quality assurance tests
- Identify issues, monitor debugging process, investigate root causes and contribute to address or propose solutions to resolve issues before launching in production
- Continually identify issues and potential opportunities to improve the customer on-boarding process. Proactively escalate/share inputs with product managers, to accommodate needed changes into product roadmap
- Facilitate events of product and functionality tests with customers, volunteers and staff
- Present data, recommendations to stakeholders
- Other tasks, as per assignment of upper manager
Your skills and experience
1. Education: University Graduate – major IT
2. Experience
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in technical product development and technical product quality assurance
- Preferred experience in Fintech
3. Skills
- Language requirements: Vietnamese – Native, English – Fluent
- Proven success in the following job competencies:
- Software Development or Software Quality Assurance
- Digital Product Development
- Problem solving
- Analytical skills (Able to analyze customer journey metrics, Service Level Indicators from related fields)
- Computer skills: advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Power Point and Excel
- Proactive, end-result driven, and decision making attitude
4. Other requirements
