Job Description

  • Design, enforce and execute testing strategy (security, functional and performance) of products.
  • Oversee overall integration and unit test approach.
  • Assist on training and improve develoment testing mindset
  • Empower developers to confidently test by providing training, tools, and environments.
  • Help the team to produce high quality software, efficiently.
  • Keep tabs on the team's output, and identify where improvements can be made.
  • Foresee and prevent problems before they become problems.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Person who is open-minded, strategic logical thinking. Patient and consistent
  • Hands on experience automation technologies, including executing and desiging testing strategies
  • Experience with Shif-left and shift-right testing strategies
  • Experience with handling training automation to developers
  • Willing to learn and adapt new things
  • Self-motivated, product lover
