Job Brief:
We are looking for a QC/Support Analyst who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all IT systems and platforms at Savills Vietnam. You will work closely with various business heads and users to understand their technological needs and ensure that these demands are met.
Your Responsibilities:
- Liaise with teams across business lines to understand their IT requirements.
- Support various teams with their day-to-day IT needs.
- Carry out manual testing for Mobile and Web Applications.
- Work with the Development Team using Agile standard processes.
- Provide IT support and perform QC testing.
Your skills and experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with the Agile Scrum process.
- The ability to run Automation testing.
- Real estate and property management knowledge.
- English Proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
