As the QC Manager you will be working with our cross-functional tech delivery teams where you will build our next generation of globally scalable technology platforms. You will lead the QC team for researching and developing in support of product and systems requirements over the course of software development lifecycles. What will you do?

  • Lead the QC team and collaborate with different teams across the organization to make sure quality is embedded in both processes and technology.
  • Responsible for managing , hiring , coaching , mentoring , training teams of QA engineers as well as product developers.
  • Stay current with the QA best practices, methodologies and technologies, and continue to improve the QA processes across the team.
  • Document software defects in an issues tracking system and proactively communicate issues with developers and other project team members.
  • Partner with the delivery and support teams to review and understand business requirements, assist with technical implementations, and help to resolve escalated client issues.
  • Act as a strong advocate for quality and share QA knowledge to other team members within the organization.
  • Deep dive into new business domains to help teams analyze, test and build quality software.
  • Design and execute non-functional testing, e.g. Performance, security and accessibility, by using standard testing techniques.
  • Establish key metrics to indicate success or failure after new product rollouts.
  • Expertise in content testing and functional testing.
  • Work closely with developers , QC engineers and product management throughout the organization to influence product development and improve product quality.
  • Should have great attention to detail and results driven approach.
  • Develops and implements quality assurance automation tools , standards and processes , problem reporting processes and systems along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high - quality software.
  • Continuously be alert to trends and changes in quality related issues over the course of projects and report them without hesitation.

Your skills and experience

Must have : 

  • Graduated in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in any bug tracking or issue tracking tool like JIRA.
  • A rich breadth of experience in testing web, API and mobile fundamentals, have experience in test script writing; have some experience in Code languages.
  • 7+ years’ experience in software testing in a technical environment, including hands-on testing.
  • Experience manage team size >=10
  • Experience testing web-based applications and web services, mobile applications.
  • Experience of testing various complex applications, service oriented architectures (SOA) and micro services.
  • Good communication spoken and written English.

  • Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices.
