Job Description

We’re looking for a strong QA engineer to join our development team. You will work closely with other members to brainstorm, come up with test plans, test cases as well as performing these tests to deliver our product’s features and ensure its quality.

Job Description

You’ll be expected to:

  • Reviewing quality specifications and provide feedback
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing features
  • Monitor debugging process results
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Understanding of the shift-left QA role
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with standard testing methods: black-box test, white-box test, regression test, smoke test, etc.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with automated testing tools is a big PLUS
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a PLUS
