Job Description

  • Develop robust test scenarios to ensure all scenarios (positive, negative, edge, error, end to end etc) are tested
  • Develop proper test plan and strategy (front-end/back-end), test timeline and expected test results
  • Execute functional, manual, automation, and regression test cases
  • Plan and request for test data/devices required for testing 
  • Flagging out issues/defects timely and resolving it with stakeholders (business users, technology team, channel teams, development teams etc) timely before launch
  • Reporting and documenting on testing progress (how many test cases completed/failed/run/defects closed out)
  • Ensure compliance with testing processes, systems, and procedures
  • Obtaining sign-off on testing
  • Adhere to quality standards and procedures

Your Skills and Experience

  • Right attitude – proactive, takes initiative, interest in testing 
  • Experience in doing testing in digital banking projects is preferred i.e. mobile banking, internet banking
  • Understands and have experience in automation, functional and regression testing
  • Meticulous with strong attention to details 
  • Work independently under strict timelines
  • Able to work over-time if project timelines require
  • Ability to coordinate, communicate clearly and execute with stakeholders in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience using JIRA and working in AGILE project.
