Job description
We are looking forward the senior QA person to manage our QA and IT support team
- Team member of 4-5 people
- Playing manager in charge of web service quality assurance and customer support
- We run the Web SaaS service for the marketing / market research
Your task includes:
- Make test plan based on the specifications of the project
- Control testing operations and quality of the project
- Create, execute and review test cases or free tests
- Report bugs; evaluate serious levels and impacts of bugs in the system
- Support team management together with Leader/PM
Your skills and experience
- Minimum of 3 years recent, hands-on quality assurance experience;
- Minimum of 1 years of experiencing managing the team
- Bachelor degree in computer information technology, computer engineering, or related degree;
- Experience working in a Scrum environment;
- Experience with testing service oriented architecture (SOA);
- Knowledge of QA testing and associated methodologies;
- Skills in coordinating activities and active listening;
- Skills in problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision making;
- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.);
- Ability to organize information and self-managing
- Ability to have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures.
- Have experience about automation testingengl is a plus
