The Job

We are looking for a responsible Project Manager to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Manager is responsible for preparing, scheduling, job assignment, and tracking project. Project Manager also provides the project team with the necessary training to assure the project quality. He/she will coordinate with Account Manager and Lead Linguist on other project related-issues to assure the project quality and deadline.

- Doing project preparation, schedule, assignment, tracking and, delivery.
- Managing the budget, time and risks.
- Negotiation, communication, and meeting.
- Supporting team member on technical issues.
- Project problem-solving.
- Doing other engineering works, if required.

Your Skills and Experience

- Minimum 02-years of experience directly related to project management (preferably in the translation and localization industry).
- University degree in linguistics, communication, business, technology, or related field.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, time management, organization and communication skills.
- Strong team player in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills along with critical thinking skills.
- Ability to go on business overseas when required.

This is a full-time position. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer performance-based remuneration and compensation options are negotiable & all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
