Job Description
- Be the Project Delivery Manager for Technology Projects responsible for the product
- Work closely with the regional product team to ensure product is aligned and following best practices
- Engage with stakeholders from all departments and understand their needs for technology transformation and support
- Ensure Project lifecycle processes are followed
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Define feature road-map and growth opportunities
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product components
- Identity Project risks from timeline, resourcing and operational dependencies
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends, suggest enhancements to software delivery processes and bring them to life
- Others Tasks are assigned by CIO
Your Skills and Experience
- Having background in IT field or relevant
- Previous working experience as a Project Manager for at least 2 year(s)
- Experience running and in-depth knowledge of Sprints, Agile/Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of tools like Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence
- PM Certifications are a plus (PMP, Scrum Master/CSPO)
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
