The Job

Sentius Dev Ops (Hanoi, Vietnam) requires a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage website projects based in their Hanoi office.

Leading and managing small to large scale CMS website builds, as a project manager you will:

  • Lead Best Pratice Development
  • Over communicate
  • Deliver on-time to timelines
  • Ensure high-quality assurance


You will work as part of Sentius Group Vietnam Dev Ops team, being responsible for the following:

  • Managing multiple project task deliverables and activities, within scope requirements.
  • Coordinating with other project stakeholders around project milestones and activities.
  • Helping create a resource plans for projects and workload.
  • Providing detailed estimations for projects, as part of scoping activities.
  • Proving technical project plans, as part of scoping activities.
  • Working closely with Development Operations Manager, Senior Website Designers and Marketing Managers in Melbourne office.
  • Ensuring a high quality of assurance is delivered for project.
  • Reporting as required on projects milestones and statuses.
  • Managing smaller change requests to websites on a daily basis, delegating to development team.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 3 years working as a Senior level Project Manager.
  • PMI or PMP, Agile or other relevant Project Management certifications
  • Basic understanding of CMS frameworks including WordPress and Drupal
  • Technical understanding of website architecture and structure, user-flows
  • Knowledge of best practice Project Management principles and methodologies
  • Agile, Scrum, Waterfall favourable
  • Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • High commitment to timelines and delivery of projects
  • Ability to over-communicate to stakeholders at all times
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
