The Job

Core duties include:

  • Providing end-to-end project management
  • Developing a project plan, monitoring progress and tracking the traffic and workload flowing into the team
  • Proactively managing stakeholders’ expectations, as well as prioritising and negotiating timelines and deliverables to meet key business objectives
  • Delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Scrum Master for multiple teams in parallel, including working with global teams
  • Managing project workstreams and key metrics within JIRA, Confluence, and available tools
  • Conducting key Agile ceremonies, e.g., PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrums, and sprint retrospectives to actively manage risks and external dependencies
  • Building and maintaining Agile metrics burndown chart, epic and release burndown chart, velocity chart, control chart, cumulative flow diagram.
  • Generating project/program reports for executive management with metrics from Jira and Confluence
  • Taking initiative in improving reporting, processes, workflow and outcomes
  • Taking part in the Company’s talent selection process as a functional interviewer
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company.

Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications and experience

  • University Degree Qualified in a Tech or Business field
  • Minimum of 3+ years Project Management experience
  • PMP and Scrum Master Certificates an advantage
  • IELTS 6.5 would be beneficial
  • Experience working in the payments and/or financial services industries an advantage.

Key skills

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Scrum framework, rules and practices
  • Knowledge of developing and managing JIRA dashboards and processes
  • Solid knowledge of software requirements, development process, project management and leadership
  • Knowledge and experience running projects applying Agile
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English skills encompassing writing, reading, speaking and listening
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
