Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are looking for a super star Project Manager / Scrum Master who will help deliver innovative and inspiring solutions for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, risk mitigation, tracking, communication, and reporting through the complete product development lifecycle to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to our clients.

You will:

• Create and oversee project plans and schedules
• Drive team members to achieve release goals
• Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope
• Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity
• Take lead on quality control issues
• Maintain issues and risks log
• Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
• Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners
• Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information
• Maintain process documentation

• 5+ years experience working with software development projects. Requires excellent technical acumen, and experience with Agile, SDLC, ALM, and the software release process
• Proven experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of application life cycle management
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, white boarding and presentation in English
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Great collaboration skills with a professional and positive attitude
• Ability to introduce, drive, manage and execute new ideas and change in a fun, quickly evolving environment
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CSM/PSM or PMP certificated is a plus
