ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Payments is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our growing/multi-national team. Reporting directly to our Vietnam-based PMO Lead, the Project Manager will run multiple projects, deliver IT solutions to agreed constraints, and maintain the company standards of timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Core duties include:
- Providing end-to-end project management.
- Developing a project plan, monitoring progress, and tracking the traffic and workload flowing into the team.
- Proactively managing stakeholders’ expectations, as well as prioritising and negotiating timelines and deliverables to meet key business objectives.
- Delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
- Taking Scrum Master role for multiple teams in parallel and accountable for the quality of Scrum events.
- Actively managing stakeholders’ expectations, risks, and external dependencies.
- Managing project workstreams and key metrics within JIRA, Confluence, and available tools
- Generating project reports for executive management.
- Taking initiative in improving reporting, processes, workflow, and outcomes.
- Taking part in the company’s talent selection process as a functional interviewer.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company.
Your skills and experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- University Degree Qualified in a Tech or Business field.
- PMP and Scrum Master Certificates are advantage.
- Experience working in the payments and/or financial services industries an advantage.
KEY SKILLS
- Strong knowledge and experience running projects applying Agile philosophy.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Scrum framework, rules, and practices.
- Excellent product ownership and facilitating skills to help stakeholders reach mutual agreements.
- Solid knowledge of software requirements, development process, project management and leadership.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English skills encompassing writing, reading, speaking, and listening.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
