Job Description

Manage one or multiple projects based on ability and workload
Be in charge of project proposals, planning, tracking and delivery (time, quality, and budget)
Stay up to date with the project team progress and output daily
Challenge project requirements on feasibility, completion, improvements, etc.
Facilitate discussions and meeting in the internal/external teams
Be the main contact between the development team and clients
Generate project reports, suggest improvements
Build trust with the teams and clients

Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Project Management (Web/Mobile)
Advanced in English communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Proactive, Initiative and Dedicated
Client-oriented and business-minded
Strong in negotiation and conflict resolution
Strong in project management: estimation, planning, monitoring and quality management
Strong in software process (Agile) and project management tools (Jira)
Broad knowledge in web app and mobile app development/technologies: .NET, PHP, Mobile/Front End
Broad domain knowledge in multiple systems or concepts such as CRM, social networks, Cloud, SaaS, etc.
