Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and business teams to ensure a seamless user experience and user flow
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and mitigating issues proactively.
• Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations.
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as per project requirements.
• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related
  field. PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing technology projects in software development, IT, or related industries.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
• Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

• Prior work experience with restaurant management systems or delivery platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing best practices (unit testing, end-to-end testing, test- driven development), Jest and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization.
• Passion for food!
