Job description
- Responsible for leading, managing the people, process, and technology related activities required to set up and begin operations for a new outsourcing engagement with a client
- Manages a team of mobilization and delivery resources during the transition stage, and contributes to internal business process and mobilization initiatives to improve overall capabilities
- Responsible for estimating, planning, and managing transition financials
- Manages overall internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition/mobilization effort
- Provides support in the sales process through the development of transition approach, estimates, timelines, resource requirements, and information describing the value of mobilization
- Working with other departments to identify, follow up and propose bidding documents to clients
Your skills and experience
1. Skills and Experience
- Good knowledge at software engineering and SDLC
- Deep understanding of project management models (PMBOK, CMMI)
- Software development methods (Agile, Scrum, RUP)
- Very good at team management skill
- Very good at planning and organizing skills
- Very good at problem-solving skills
- Very good at communication skills
- Good English command (reading, listening, speaking, and writing)
- Familiar with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Basecamp,...
- Minimum of 3 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products market
- Records of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager
- Prefer candidate having experience working in core banking systems, banking domain
