The Job
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Strategic Initiatives Director/ Deputy Head to drive strategic initiatives on company marketplace
- Research the market/ users insights and catch up the latest trends to improve/ create products
- Propose timeline and manage project to ensure timeline
- Triage, prioritize, categorize and resolve production impacting incidents
- Provide solutions/ technical guidance/ support documents for clients and internal teams
- Maintain knowledge about products, be the direct line between operations and product teams
Your Skills and Experience
- Undergradate with IT/Development major or 1-3 years experience in Front-end development
- Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a must.
- Strong problem-solving/analytical skills, willing to learn
- Knowledge about web debugging tools is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and well organized, with a good sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
