Job Description

Job Purpose: 

We are seeking a brilliant Product Manager, who works across teams varying from Account Client Services, UX – UI Design Team to Technical Teams (coding). On some comprehensive projects starting from idea, PM work withs Creative Departments / Creative Production to provide technical advice ensure the feasibility of the idea as well as format of the content to popular on technical touch points. Or work closely on Media Team for populating the tracking media plan according to the customer journey conducted.

As a Product Manager at VBA-ADK, you will provide leadership and support through the following activities:  

  • Investigation on Client’s business model, giving consulting. Conduct UX research activities then create popular UX deliverable items (business blueprint, customer persona, consumer journey, sitemap, low/high fidelity wireframe…) to coordinate with stakeholders involve in project (both external client & internal team).  
  • Align stakeholders to a shared understanding of the product’s vision, including market, problem, persona, stakeholders, and goals.  
  • The excellency in UX principle understanding also give advanced for PM to conduct UX audit for client who Digital Product are running under expected performance.  
  • Developing product strategy, enabling a transition from project thinking to continuous delivery of customer value.  
  • Developing product roadmap including key milestones.  
  • Prioritize and evaluate features.  
  • Design solution: develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Validate the UI Design under UX principles to ensure the excellent Customer Experience.  
  • Strategic Thinking: ability to lead to answers for the increasingly large problem and product areas, with corresponding internal thought leadership.  
  • Details & Quality: driving results and catching mistakes across the evolving scope.  
  • Collaboration: facilitating and getting things done with others within and across teams.  
  • Communication: clear written and oral communication to larger and higher stakes audiences.  
  • Data and Experimentation: help shift client focus from outputs to outcomes and optimize value through rapid build/measure/learn cycles. 

Your Skills and Experience


  • 2 - 3+ years of product management experience  
  • BA/BS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience  
  • Experienced product leader who blends technical, business, and people skills with a refined product sense and strong empathy for users 
  • A clear understanding of software development lifecycle  
  • Outgoing and positive thinking about possibilities, where others see problems you see challenges.  
  • Can-Do attitude who can champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, from conception to launch.  
  • Team player who supports their team in all regards and embraces ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the team’s work  
  • Process-thinker who can continuously reinvent and improve how we do things  
  • Storyteller with strong English skills who communicates effectively and inspires with your plan 


  • Communicate effectively, consult with others, build relationships, facilitate group discussions, deliver presentations and understand change management
  • Sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and understand the financial impact of relevant options
