What you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers, merchants, and Heads of Departments to understand their needs and problems.
- Aligning with the Head of Product on product prioritization and roadmap.
- Executing competitor and product research.
- Converting ideas to MVP scope, run experiments, and measure success metrics.
- Managing the full product development cycle, including crafting the solution, prioritizing features, defining specifications, developing prototypes, testing, launching to continuous improvement.
- Working with marketing, business development, and customer service team to ensure the successful launch of new products.
- Utilizing data insights, market, and customer research to continually improve products.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technology Business Analyst, or similar capacity within a consumer service or B2C technology company
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value.
- Track record in delivering successful launch and rapid adoption of new products
- Familiar with and/or have passion for emerging merchant technologies and able to identify technologies that can be applied to solve specific merchant problems
- Ideally familiar with the development, trends, and competitive landscape in the global and/or regional ecosystem
- Have empathy for a broad range of merchants and able to translate merchant needs into product requirements and specifications
- Prior experience in software development, product design, or user experience (UI/UX) strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and a just-do-it attitude
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
