The Job
CONTEXT
- This is a .Net Developer role responsible for developing various technical application in electronic payment segment and delivering sufficient technical support to other stakeholders.
- A key function will be to comply with project development schedule and instruction of Technical Leader to ensure the project is completed on time with high quality.
- The role is highly technical relation, which requires strong experience in software programming, electronic payment knowledge, project management and ability in communication.
- Technical support and reporting tasks and process are also an important part of the role
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of Edenred Vietnam, you will be in charge of:
l Technical Product Development:
o Developing new Product or Product Features following requirements.
o Liaise with internal processes in term of project management and technical support.
l Technical support:
o Supporting Customer service team to solve customer complaints and enquiries.
o Providing 1st level of technical support.
l Product Innovation :
o Understand customer’s needs to create product improvement.
o Researching on new technology for product improvements: user experience, efficiency and effectiveness.
l And other tasks assigned by Technical Leader to support the company’s business.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for individuals with [2-3 years] experience in a similar function in an international company and/or in electronic payment segment. Candidates who have specific certificate related to Software Programming and/or Electronic Payment are prioritized.
Required technical skills and knowledge:
- HTML/CSS scripting and converting from PSD design.
- Angular6/7, CSS and Bootstrap.
- ASP.Net, MVC, SQL and SSRS.
- Design patterns.
- Source control: GIT.
- Familiar with Google Map API, AWS are a bonus.
- Ability in communication.
- Comprehensive English in writing and speaking.
- Able to document and follow processes.
- Ability to problem solve and take responsibility for a process area.
- Able to listen and respond to needs of others.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Diligent and ensure tasks are fully completed.
