About Us

From a small apartment in NYC to 10 locations around the world

Rewind to 2014: Autonomous is a small group of tinkerers in a tiny apartment in Hell’s Kitchen, New York shipped the first SmartDesk to their first Kickstarter backers. We’ve shipped 1.2M hardware products in our first 5 years in business.

2016: Launched our direct-to-consumer business based on our Kickstarter success
2017: Shipped the first ErgoChair
2018: Launched KinnChair
2019: Started developing Zen Pod

2020 is a pivotal year for us. In 2020, we formed the Autonomous Software Group with the mission of building software products to further help our customers work better.

THE JOB

Location: HCMC, Vietnam

We are looking for talented developers in both Android and IOS development. Thus, if you are interested in among them, come with us to make more outstanding product applications in various majors.

Responsibilities

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
Design, build high performance, reusable, and reliable code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

Your Skills and Experience

You must have

4+ years of experience in Android or IOS development.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Experience with OOP, Design Pattern, Android / IOS Architecture Patterns

About Android Developer, we need

Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android.
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Experience with Custom ROMs application development is a plus
Experience with Dedicated devices is a plus

About IOS Developer, we need

Knowledge of application performance, stability monitoring and user behavior analytics
Knowledge of Apple’s design principals and application interface guidelines.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Familiarity with cloud message and push notifications APIs
Proficient understanding of Git
Experience with Android /IOS or cross Platform (React Native / Flutter) is plus
