Junior/Senior Manual Tester (QA QC)

• Work directly with IT Team and Sales Team to clarify and understand the requirements
• Create and update relevant Test Documentation, including test plans, test cases/ checklists, test data, etc.
• Execute manual tests, identify, report, and monitor defects and issues via the tracking tool (JIRA)
• Analysing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability 
• Processing client data by systematising raw data
• Work on other tasks assigned by team leader 

• At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC
• Good organisational skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Meet with system users to understand the scope of projects
• Experience in testing Web Services, Mobile App
• Experience in developing test cases, executing tests, manual tests and reporting test results
• Experience in working with database and API testing
• Work with software developers and project support teams
• Time, pressure management

Nice to have:

• Experience in Bug Tracking and Test
• Experience with Agile and Scrum
• Management Tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.) 
• Strong capacity to learn new business and systems
• Experience in automation testing is a plus
