Job Description

As a key member of our team, the engineer is responsible for Asia’s leading platform implementation. Our team works directly with customers, driving requirements gathering, the project design, the development and QA process
Design and create Automated Test Frameworks for the platform
Perform web, API, UI, functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, load, performance and end to end testing within an agile delivery model
Implement end to end Test Automation and define tool roadmaps, including performance testing
Prepare test environment and test data
Report bugs if found any when run automation or perform manual test
Maintaining and update framework when library is upgraded
Communicate testing status, issues, risks to management and stakeholders
Assist in the quality management continuous improvement process
Cover functional, display, technical testing, both manual or automation
Work closely with user to clarify their testing needs, project scope
Tailor and efficiently apply software testing process
Report to project leader

Requirements:

Ultimately ensuring our mobile and web applications work correctly in the hands of our users
Reading specification documents, analyze product requirements and project design, understanding functional & non-functional requirements of the products
Creating and modifying test-related artifacts (test cases, test plans, test reports), check test cases coverage customer’s requirement with co-worker or BA
Executing test cases and analyzing results. Finding and reporting bugs to the team
Preparing test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments
Collaborating across functions in your Scrum team, working with Business Analysts, Engineers and Tech Leads to deliver impactful products and features
Be a supporting for end-users, training users to use the software
Development of testing strategies and workflow
Suggesting to improve and optimize the QA process

Skills and Experience :

Thorough understanding of the software life-cycle
Knowledge of database design, experience PL / SQL
At least 3 years of experience in software testing
Carefulness & attention to detail
Logical & analytical mind, problem solving aptitude
Good time management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player with a collaborative work ethic
