Job description
- In charge of ZTE microwave product, give technical support to customer.
- Solving the technical problems during and after the equipment installation.
- Daily maintenance for microwave product.
- Complete project certificate (HOC/PAC/FAC)
- Be responsible for spare application and broken board replacement
- Support customer on site system operation/maintenance training.
- Response to customer's technical queries or issues.
- Follow up and close the call timely.
- Escalate unresolved system issues and cooperate with Global Service Centre to find out the solution for system discrepancy and outstanding defects.
- Support sales team for any technical queries.
- Handle the products warranty/system notice issues and communicate with customers timely.
- Track the Latest system revision and new system product knowledge & sharing with the team members.
- Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.
Your skills and experience
- Possess a bachelor/Master degree of industrial automation/Computer, Communication, Electronics related major.
- Strong technical knowledge of Control Automation products and computer science.
- Minimum 2 years engineering/service or maintenance background on microwave product.
- Minimum 2 years project delivery and implementation experience.
- Have at least one experience of microwave product.
- Willing to travel in domestic.
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
