Manual Tester (QA QC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, develop, debug, execute, maintain, and document test cases.
• Execute test
• Works with development teams to ensure that the system follows the design.
• Works with BA to ensure that the product meets business requirements.
• Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases for major projects, maintenance, and emergency releases
• Design and implement automation tests scripts, debug and define corrective actions
• Identify, analyze and report test results
• Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system
• Investigate defect reports from production support and isolate their causes
• Prepare test documentation and review with development team
• Work closely with development team to design testing strategies
• Work on the interpretation of quality assurance issues and problems for technical and non-technical users

Specialized knowledge and skills: 

• Experience with eCommerce, CRM, ERP, Marketing
• Experience at least 2 year of web testing
• Familiar with agile software development processes and tools
• Excellent working attitude, problem solving skill, critical thinking, and communication skill.
• Previous success developing and shipping a large-scale application with a user-empathetic mindset
• Enjoy technical challenges and are eager to explore new technologies
• Good experience in manual testing for web-based and standalone applications
• Good experience in writing new test cases based on requirements
• Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority
• Experience in developing, documenting and implementing quality assurance standards
• Experience with cross browser, cross platform and responsive testing (PC, mobile and tablet)
• Willing to learn and adopt automation test
• Good oral and written communication skills

Education and experience: 

• Graduated from university in Software development, computer science or very closely bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• At least 2 years experience in same position
• Comfortable working and communicating in English
