Job description
- Collaborative with the project team to understand project objectives, gather requirements, design test plan, test case and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide the testing approach, develop the test strategy, testing framework, give requirements to build testing tools and scripts for driving application tests.
- Participate in review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.
- Define, develop, implement, and maintain the test cases.
- Coordinate testing efforts with given timelines
- Provide training and mentoring to testers. This includes effective onboarding for new employees, training testers on new testing methodologies, guidelines, and best practices.
Your skills and experience
- At least 4-5 years work experience in mobile app testing
- Have 2 years experience in leading a team
- Can provide technical leadership in complex projects and guide a team of 5-8 Tester
- Experience in writing comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience in Performance Testing and Security Testing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in working with the CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, Github Action, or equivalent)
