• About the team: 
  This team is responsible for leveraging data within the career transition support services, aimed at improving the experience of job seekers and maximizing matching through the use of technologies such as data science and machine learning. 
  Using a data platform based on various user data, the organization conducts everything from various analyses, strategy planning, measure consideration, modeling, to system development.
• Duties:
  ・Migration of each machine learning system from the current environment due to the renewal of the system infrastructure.
     *This is not a simple copy but involves system modification work based on the development policy of the new system infrastructure.
  ・Development, maintenance, and operation of machine learning systems for various measures.
  ・Active approach technological challenges and sharing the knowledge for the organization

Your skills and experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Age: 25 - 40

Must

・2+ years of experience using Python
・2+ years of experience using SQL
・2+ years of experience operating the CUI of Linux servers
・2+ years of experience using Docker
・2+ years of practical implementation experience using Git
・Knowledge and 2+ years of usage experience of AWS services
・Knowledge and 1+ years of implementation experience of Machine Learning
・2+ years of Leading team development experience
・Experience writing documentation such as system requirements definitions, design documents, and READMEs

Preferable

・Practical experience using Machine Learning
・Knowledge of evaluating the accuracy of Machine Learning models
・Practical experience using large-scale data
・Experience using PostgreSQL and Redshift
・Experience creating APIs using Flask and FastAPI
・Experience building infrastructure on AWS
・Knowledge of the human resources industry
・Experience using Datadog
・Understanding and experience using workflow tools

English skill: From Basic Level~
