The Job

The Junior Project Manager will be trained to be responsible for assigned projects and the successful development of jobs/ projects from the beginning until the finish of the job. 

Daily activities

  • Receive and understand a briefing from a client
  • Translate the brief to project development team members (Front End/Back End/QC)
  • Create and follow up accurate budget estimates & back-timings 
  • Be the in-between between the clients and the team-members of BLISS
  • Final quality control at delivery of fulfilled jobs. 
  • Daily liaison with local development teams (Front End/Back End/QC), and clients from Vietnam & Belgium, as well as other countries.
  • Preparation of management information, plans, forecasts, utilization etc 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for changes.
  • Daily management of large number of projects & tasks.
  • Report to Lead Project Manager (Head of Project Management)

  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
  • Write clear and complete contact report
  • Hold regular status meetings with project team & management.
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
  • Deliver engaging, informative and well-organized documents
  • Resolve issues in a timely fashion.
  • Understand how to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully.

Client Management

  • Manage day-to-day client interaction
  • Set and manages client expectations
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personals/accounts that foster client ties
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate their requirements/alternative business solutions.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.

Your Skills and Experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Business/Management Information System, or equivalent majors is preferred
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience
  • Excellent English fluency in writing, speaking
  • Ability to self-organize, work under high pressure
  • Disciplined & critical thinking is essential
