Job description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Iteration Manager/Scrum Master to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for coaching your feature team in GO1 processes and practices; building and fostering a trusting and safe environment for open, honest and respectful communication; facilitating the smooth and predictable delivery of working software from your feature team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile practices including story splitting and elaboration, sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives and daily standups
• Coach your team in these agile practices - ensure they are getting value from them
• Identify potential waste and provide on-going scaling options within feature team - communicate and create discussion with engineering managers
• Facilitate discussion and decision making with team and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborating with Product Analyst and QA on discovered defects, to ensure they are resolved appropriately
• Resolving or facilitating the prompt resolution of technical risks or blockers - working with key stakeholders
• Organise several meetings weekly cross teams in English

Your skills and experience

Experience

• At least 2 years experience as an iteration manager, SCRUM master or project manager
• At least 2 years as a team manager with management responsibility
• At least 2 years in a hands-on technical role (developer or engineer)
• At least 1 years in a technical business analysis or QA role
• Hands-on experience growing a team rapidly
• Hand-on experience working across multiple teams and geographies with a willingness to travel on a planned but infrequent basis
• Experience with JIRA Porfolio is preferred
